All-metal pre-filter
Introduction
The pre-filter is mainly used to filter dust particles above 5 μm, as the primary filtration of central air conditioning and centralized air supply system, it plays the role of protecting the next level of filter. The pre-filter has three styles: panel type, folding type and bag type, the frame materials can be cardboard frame, aluminum frame, galvanized frame, etc., the filter materials can be non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter material, metal mesh, etc., the protective net has double-sided sprayed iron wire mesh and double-sided galvanized iron wire mesh, etc., and the filtration grade includes G1, G2, G3, G4, etc.
The all-metal pre-filter is made of multi-layer expanded aluminum foil mesh or stainless steel textile mesh, which is cross-stacked and arranged in a wavy shape by turning and pressing. The frame usually is aluminum frame, stainless steel frame or galvanized frame, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cleanable, commonly used in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food, electronics, hospital and other air conditioning systems pre-filtering.
